Beaufort Hotel’s 34° North Restaurant is seeking an experienced Lounge Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You’ll craft cocktails and beverages, greet guests, and support a fast-paced dining environment with friendly, professional hospitality.

The role requires bartending experience, knowledge of drink service, and strong communication. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. We offer competitive pay, tips, and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and liquor service.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards.
• Accept and complete drink orders from guests and servers in an organized and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout each shift.
• Complete opening and closing duties including stocking, cleaning, and securing bar areas.
• Follow all cash handling, check handling, and credit card procedures.
• Ensure all alcohol service complies with company policies and applicable laws regarding identification and responsible alcohol service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking beer, liquor, mixers, juices, and supplies.
• Replenish ice stations, glassware, and bar products as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of floors, trash areas, and bar equipment.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant staff and management to support smooth operations.
