Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking energetic Restaurant Attendants/Bussers for 34° North Restaurant at the Beaufort Hotel in North Carolina. You will help maintain a welcoming dining area, assist with guests, and support servers during peak times.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Part-time role with various shifts, benefits, and opportunities for growth in hotel service operations.

Formación

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.

Responsabilidades

• Quickly clean and reset tables to maintain an organized and guest-ready dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of service stations including silverware, linens, condiments, and supplies.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with providing beverages, bread service, and additional guest requests.
• Assist servers and restaurant staff during busy service periods.
• Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, service areas, and restaurant spaces.
• Assist with opening and closing side work duties.
• Work closely with restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide friendly and professional guest service at all times.

Restaurant Attendant / Busser – 34° North Restaurant at the Beaufort Hotel

The 34° North Restaurant located inside the Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking energetic and team-oriented Restaurant Attendants / Bussers to join our Food & Beverage team.

This position plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment for both hotel guests and local patrons. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clean and reset tables to maintain an organized and guest-ready dining area


• Maintain cleanliness and stock of service stations including silverware, linens, condiments, and supplies


• Greet guests warmly and assist with providing beverages, bread service, and additional guest requests


• Assist servers and restaurant staff during busy service periods


• Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas


• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, service areas, and restaurant spaces


• Assist with opening and closing side work duties

Compensation

• Estimated pay range is between $10 - $16 per hour (includes base pay and tips)
