Job summary

Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown / Seaboard Station is hiring a Lounge Bar Back to support our hotel bar and lounge teams. You’ll help bartenders, greet guests, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Applicants must be dependable, able to stand 8-10 hours, work at least 3 days per week, and be willing to work weekends and holidays. Prior high‑volume F&B or hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high volume food & beverage establishment is required.
• Prior hotel experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours and work at least 3 days per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Bar back and food runners provide excellent customer service.
• Serve food to guests (some locations).
• Clean and restock as dictated by side work.
• Assist with opening and closing the bar.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
