Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Raleigh seeks a Lounge Bar Back to support our hotel bar and lounge outlets with friendly, attentive service. You will assist bartenders, stock supplies, and help with food service while maintaining a clean, efficient bar area.

Applicants must be dependable, able to stand 8-10 hours, and able to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends and holidays. Hotel experience is preferred, and we offer a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Dependable and able to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Available at least 3 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior high-volume food & beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the bar and lounge.
• Assist bartenders by stocking and restocking supplies.
• Serve food to guests where applicable.
• Open and close the bar area following safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure safe operations.
