Booster Enterprises Inc is seeking a Program Specialist to represent the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. In this role, you will teach character curriculum, motivate students to fundraise, and engage with teachers and parents to help schools reach their financial goals.

Overview

As a Program Specialist, you will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You will serve in classroom settings, help schools reach fundraising goals, and positively impact students.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Teach and present character curriculum to students.
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
• Motivate students to raise funds for their school.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and administrators.
• Learn and apply Booster's business models and principles.
• Act as part of a team that models fitness, leadership, and character.

Requirements

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Pass Booster's background and motor vehicle checks.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and remain active on campus.
• Full‑day availability on assigned days from 7am to 4pm.

Compensation

$13–$15 per hour plus bonus opportunities. Non‑exempt.
