Job summary

Booster Enterprises Inc in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Program Specialist to be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, helping schools reach their fundraising goals and deliver engaging student experiences.

You will teach a character-based curriculum, set up the Boosterthon Fun Run, motivate students to participate, and engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators while modeling fitness and leadership.

Program Specialist – Boosterthon

Additional Requirements

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Pass a Booster background and motor vehicle check.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
• Availability full day from 7:00am to 4:00pm on scheduled workdays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $17–$19 per hour, non‑exempt.
