About the Role

As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants meaningful, hands‑on experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators
• Model fitness, leadership and character as part of a team

Additional Requirements

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation
• Pass Booster’s Background and Motor Vehicle check
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day
• Full‑day availability (7:00 am–4:00 pm) on scheduled workdays

Compensation

$13.00–$15.00 per hour, non‑exempt.
