Job summary

Brightstar Lottery is seeking a Territory Sales professional to cover Northern Bergen County, NJ. You will travel extensively to establish relationships with lottery retailers, train staff, promote new products and promotions, and ensure optimal placement of lottery materials across a wide network.

You will monitor inventory, maintain POS materials, and operate the Sales Wizard system to schedule visits. A strong background in field sales and a valid driver’s license are required, with proximity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail/wholesale.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Good driving record.
• Candidate must reside close to the territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory nearly 100% of time.
• Grow sales at existing lottery retailers with new products/promotions.
• Monitor and oversee new retailer training and installation of new stores.
• Visit retailers on a regular schedule to maintain presence.
• Maintain a route cycle in the Sales Wizard app.
• Record all retailer visits in Sales Wizard accurately.
• Manage instant ticket inventory to maximize sales at locations.
• Track inventory and transfer packs as needed.
• Deliver, install and maintain lottery POS materials.
• Operate and train retailers to use lottery equipment.
• Provide field training on game/promotions changes.
• Handle retailer terminations and changes of ownership.
• Show advantages of proper product and POS placement.
• Assist with special projects and sales programs.
