Job summary

EC Source Services, LLC is seeking a Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Manager to develop, implement, and continually improve our energy isolation program. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and leadership to ensure effective energy control and prevent hazardous energy releases during maintenance and repair.

The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA 1910.147, hands-on experience in LOTO program management, and the ability to lead audits, training, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industrial safety, maintenance, engineering, or EHS experience.
• 3+ years of LOTO program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910.147 (Control of Hazardous Energy).
• Experience conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the LOTO program.
• Establish and update written energy control procedures for equipment and machinery.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of LOTO processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, local, and company safety requirements.
• Maintain documentation, records, and program metrics.
• Conduct routine LOTO inspections and track corrective actions.
• Investigate LOTO-related incidents, near misses, and non-compliance events.
