Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking a LOTO Coordinator to oversee and implement the Lockout/Tagout program to maintain safety during operations. The role focuses on compliance with OSHA regulations and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of relevant experience and an OSHA 30 certification. This position requires strong communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to manage high-risk activities under pressure. The job is located in Catoosa, Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction, industrial, manufacturing, or mission critical experience.
• Demonstrated experience administering Lockout/Tagout programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA hazardous energy control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical one-lines, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the site-specific Lockout/Tagout program.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Train and certify authorized employees in LOTO procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise LOTO activities for all operations.
