Qualifications

• 8+ years with a high school diploma.
• 6+ years with anAssociate Degree.
• 2+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in S&H training and OSHA/ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce LOTO procedures during commissioning, energization, start-up, and turnover.
• Develop, issue, and maintain LOTO permits for electrical systems.
• Verify LOTO documentation is accurate in the Permit to Work system.
• Validate isolation points and energy sources for zero-energy state.
• Track, log, and close out LOTO actions per site standards.
• Align LOTO windows with commissioning scripts and milestones.
• Support safe sequencing of L2–L5 commissioning activities.
• Maintain real-time visibility of systems under LOTO and ownership.
