Job summary

RideNow Group is seeking a Lot Technician (Non-Driving) in Ocala, FL. You will maintain showroom displays, organize the lot, and assist with inventory tagging and staging while collaborating with service, sales and parts teams. Must be 18+, with a valid license; motorcycle endorsement preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Motorcycle endorsement highly preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/maneuver motorcycles and equipment.
• Ability to work in a loud environment with frequent motorcycle noise.

Responsibilities

• Showroom & Display Maintenance: Keep vehicles clean and properly displayed.
• Lot Organization: Move, position, and stage equipment and inventory safely.
• Inventory & Tagging: Verify units and label inventory.
• Shipment Unloading & Staging: Uncrate and prepare vehicles for PDI.
• Facility Care: Maintain a clean, organized lot and facilities.
• Cross-Department Support: Coordinate with service, sales and parts teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
