Job summary

RideNow Group in Tallahassee is seeking a Lot Technician (Non-Driving) to keep our showroom and lot pristine and ready for action. Join a fast-paced team, ensuring vehicles are clean, properly displayed and organized across the showroom and inventory lot.

You'll work with service, sales and parts to keep daily operations running smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness in varied outdoor conditions. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push and maneuver equipment weighing up to 850 lbs.
• Experience in vehicle display, showroom or warehouse environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Showroom & display maintenance: keep vehicles clean and properly displayed.
• Lot organization: move, position and stage non-motorized equipment safely.
• Inventory & tagging: verify units and apply hangtags/labels.
• Shipment unloading & staging: unload crates and prep for pre-delivery inspection.
• Facility care: maintain a clean, organized and safe lot and exterior.
• Cross-department support: collaborate with service, sales and parts teams.
