Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Lot Technician (Non-Driving) to maintain showroom displays, organize inventory, and support daily store operations. You will help unload shipments, stage units for PDI, and ensure a safe, clean lot environment.

The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and attention to detail to keep vehicles and accessories presentation-ready for customers.

Qualifications

• Professional grooming and attention to vehicle presentation.
• Ability to work with showroom staff and support teams.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Showroom & Display Maintenance: Keep vehicles clean, detailed, and properly displayed across the showroom floor and inventory lot.
• Lot Organization: Assist with moving, positioning, and staging non-motorized equipment, inventory, and display units safely.
• Inventory & Tagging: Verify units, place hangtags/labels, and maintain neat, professional presentation on all inventory.
• Shipment Unloading & Staging: Assist with receiving crates, uncrating units, and preparing vehicles for pre-delivery inspection (PDI).
• Facility Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the lot, staging areas, and store exterior.
• Cross-Department Support: Partner with service advisors, sales staff, and parts team to keep daily store operations running smoothly.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
