Job summary

Cronin Ford North is seeking a full-time Automotive Lot Technician for our Sales Department. Duties include cleaning cars, staging vehicles for sale, and performing lot maintenance both indoors and outdoors. A monthly bonus is available based on car sales, along with benefits.

The position requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 25–40 lbs, and willingness to work evenings or Saturdays. 18+ and a strong team player are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Clean new and used cars and prepare them for sale.
• Move and stage cars around the lot for display.
• Apply wax and ceramic coating to vehicles as purchased.
• Perform lot maintenance and keep customer areas clean.
• Brush snow from cars in winter; help deliver and pickup cars, parts, personnel, and customers as needed.
