Job summary

Performance Toyota Fairfield is seeking a dedicated Lot Technician to maintain the dealership lot, prepare vehicles for sale, and support the sales team. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break and a full-time benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks (standing, lifting, walking).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior automotive experience is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed.
• Assist in managing vehicle inventory, moving vehicles, and ensuring proper display standards.
• Prepare vehicles for sale, tagging and cosmetic checks.
• Support sales team by delivering vehicles to the service department and prepping for pickup.
• Assist with organizing vehicle keys and inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Adhere to safety and environmental policies.
