Job summary

AutoSavvy is seeking a Lot Technician to move and stage vehicles, prepare them for sale, and keep the lot organized in Gilbert, AZ. This full-time role supports the sales team and requires outdoor work, attention to detail, and reliability.

No prior dealership experience required; training provided, with opportunities for growth within AutoSavvy. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission is preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage vehicles between lots and display areas.
• Assist the sales team with vehicle readiness and delivery prep.
• Clean and detail vehicles for sale and delivery.
• Inspect vehicles to meet presentation standards.
• Fuel vehicles and maintain lot organization; verify inventory/stickers.
• Secure vehicles/keys at closing and assist with deliveries between locations.
