AutoSavvy, the nation’s largest used-vehicle retailer, seeks an Automotive Service Team Lead to guide daily service operations and deliver an excellent customer experience. This is a working team lead role blending Service Advisor responsibilities with team leadership, workflow management, and process adherence.

The ideal candidate has CDK experience, strong automotive service knowledge, and proven leadership skills to keep a busy service department organized and moving forward.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple repair orders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to coach, support, and hold team members accountable.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and provide a professional service experience.
  • Verify and update customer and vehicle information.
  • Write clear, detailed repair orders for technicians.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians regarding diagnosis and repairs.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the repair process.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Lead by example to set standards for professionalism and accountability.
