RideNow Harley Davidson is seeking a reliable Lot Technician to join our team. This is a driving position, and you must be 21 years of age or older. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe operation, movement, and organization of powersports vehicles on our lot and must have the ability to transport vehicles with a truck and trailer. You must be comfortable and capable of handling a wide variety of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas
- Assist with vehicle check‑in and inspection upon delivery
- Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times
- Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling
- Deliver and pick up units to customers
- Support the sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics
- Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and assist in managing inventory flow
- Perform general support tasks as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of delivery driving experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- This is a driving position—must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement required)
- Must be able to ride and confidently maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units, including manual transmission
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active conditions (standing, crouching, kneeling)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
- Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
- Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
