Job summary

RideNow Powersports – Burleson is seeking a reliable Lot Technician to join our team in Burleson, Texas. This is a driving role where you will move and organize powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas. Must be 25+ and able to transport units with a truck and trailer.

You will assist with check-in, prep units for delivery, and support sales/service with logistics. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in

Qualifications

• 1+ years of delivery driving experience.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; motorcycle endorsement required.
• Able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and powersports units, including manual transmission.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment testing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot and showroom.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery.
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling.
• Deliver and pick up units to customers.
• Support the sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics.
• Maintain awareness of the lot layout and manage inventory flow.
• Perform general support tasks as needed.

Description and Responsibilities

RideNow Powersports- Burleson is seeking a reliableLot Technicianto join our team. This is adriving position, and you must be 25 years of age or older. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe operation, movement, and organization of powersports vehicles on our lot and must have the ability to transport vehicles with a truck and trailer. You must be comfortable and capable of handling a wide variety of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of delivery driving experience
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• This is a driving position - must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement required)
• Must be able to ride and confidently maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units, including manual transmission
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active conditions (standing, crouching, kneeling)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises - including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas - while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
