Job summary

Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM - Centerville is seeking a dedicated Lot Technician to keep our vehicle inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customers. You will stock new arrivals, inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage, wash and detail as needed, and move vehicles to service, sales, and parking areas while supporting the broader team.

This full-time, 40-hour position pays $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Previous dealership or automotive environment experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stocking in new vehicles from transport.
• Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage.
• Wash, vacuum, detail, and fuel vehicles as needed.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups.
• Move vehicles to and from service, sales, and parking areas.
• Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist sales and service staff with various duties as required.

Compensation

• $16.00 to $18.00 Per Hour
