The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, be able to operate automatic and manual transmissions, and possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dealership grounds.
• Perform daily inspections of the lot and parking areas.
• Ensure all vehicles are parked in designated locations.
• Fuel or charge inventory vehicles as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and parked straight for customer presentation.
• Monitor inventory for damage, low fuel, warning lights, or other issues and report concerns.
• Fill display spaces on the lots by repositioning inventory to maximize space.
• Assist with moving vehicles safely throughout the dealership property.
• Support sales/management by maintaining an organized inventory display.
• Complete tasks as instructed (e.g., vehicle delivery, pickups).

North Point Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in maintaining the appearance, organization, and efficiency of our dealership.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our dealership property remains clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times. Daily responsibilities include:

• Pick up trash and maintain the cleanliness of the dealership grounds.
• Perform daily inspections of the new vehicle lot, pre-owned lot, overflow lot, and employee parking areas.
• Ensure all vehicles are parked in their designated locations.
• Fuel or charge all inventory vehicles as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and parked straight for the best customer presentation.
• Monitor inventory for damage, low fuel, warning lights, or other issues, and promptly report concerns to management.
• Ensure all available display spaces ("holes") on the new and pre-owned lots are filled by repositioning inventory to maximize space and maintain an attractive, well-stocked appearance.
• Assist with moving vehicles safely throughout the dealership property as needed.
• Support the sales and management teams by maintaining an organized and visually appealing inventory display.
• Support the sales and management teams by completing tasks as instructed that may include, delivering a vehicle, picking up vehicles from Costco display, etc.
