Job summary

Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Centerville is seeking a dedicated Lot Technician to keep our vehicle inventory organized, clean, and ready for customers. You will stock new vehicles, maintain the lot, inspect for cleanliness and damage, and assist with deliveries and service coordination.

This full-time role offers $16.00–$18.00 per hour with a 40-hour work week, plus benefits including PTO, 401k with company match, medical insurance, HSA/FSA, dental, vision, disability, life, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Must be reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stocking in new vehicles from transport
• Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage
• Wash, vacuum, detail, and fuel vehicles as needed
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups
• Move vehicles to and from service, sales, and parking areas
• Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist sales and service staff with various duties as required

As a Lot Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicle inventory is organized, presentable, and ready for customers. You will assist with the management of our lot, maintain the cleanliness of vehicles, and support the sales and service departments with various tasks.

Compensation

• $16.00 to $18.00 Per Hour

Work Schedule

• Full-Time 40 Hour Work Week
• Two Days Off Per Week
