Job summary

Redline Powersports Commonwealth is seeking a motivated Lot Technician to keep motorcycles, ATVs, Slingshots, and watercraft organized and ready for customers. You will move and stage inventory, maintain a clean showroom and lot, and assist with unloading new shipments.

The role offers full-time hours with competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth at a fast-paced powersports dealership. A valid driver\'s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required; prior dealership

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Slingshots, personal watercraft, and other inventory throughout the dealership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the showroom, lot, and service areas.
• Assist with unloading and receiving new inventory shipments.
• Wash, detail, and prepare units for the sales floor and customer delivery.
• Fuel, charge, and prepare vehicles as needed.
• Assist the sales, service, and parts departments with moving and staging units.
• Organize inventory displays and ensure units are properly tagged and positioned.
• Perform daily lot inspections and report any damage or maintenance concerns.
• Help maintain dealership grounds, including trash removal, sweeping, and general upkeep.
• Assist with customer pick-up and delivery of units when needed.
• Support dealership events, promotions, and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Able to work effectively as part of a team




• Previous dealership, automotive, marine, or powersports experience is a plus, but not required




• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
