Redline Powersports Commonwealth is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Lot Technician to help keep our inventory, showroom, service areas, and dealership grounds organized and ready for business.

Move and stage motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Slingshots, personal watercraft, and other inventory throughout the dealership
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the showroom, lot, and service areas
Assist with unloading and receiving new inventory shipments
Wash, detail, and prepare units for the sales floor and customer delivery
Fuel, charge, and prepare vehicles as needed
Assist the sales, service, and parts departments with moving and staging units
Organize inventory displays and make sure units are properly tagged and positioned
Perform daily lot inspections and report any damage or maintenance concerns
Help maintain dealership grounds, including trash removal, sweeping, and general upkeep
Assist with customer pick-up and delivery of units when needed
Support dealership events, promotions, and special projects
Perform other duties as assigned
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports vehicles, or willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Previous dealership, automotive, marine, or powersports experience is a plus, but not required
Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
