This position is responsible for assembling new powersports vehicles, installing accessories, performing quality checks, and making sure every unit is properly prepared before it reaches our sales floor or customers.

Assemble motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, and other powersports vehicles
Follow manufacturer assembly instructions and technical documentation
Install OEM and aftermarket accessories
Complete assembly work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Inspect and verify your own work before submitting units for final review
Identify and communicate any damage, missing parts, or assembly concerns
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Participate in manufacturer training, certifications, and continuing education when required
Work closely with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, Parts Department, and other team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Previous mechanical, assembly, automotive, powersports, or related experience is preferred
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to read and understand technical instructions and assembly documentation
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable and able to work as part of a team
Able to accept direction and follow established processes
Must have your own basic hand tools; Redline provides specialty tools
Valid driver's license required
Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Experience in thepowersports industry is a plus, but we are also willing to consider mechanically inclined candidates who have the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
