Job summary

Redline Powersports Commonwealth in Prince George, VA is seeking a motivated Lot Technician to keep inventory, showroom, and dealership grounds organized and ready for business.

You will move and stage motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft, wash and prep units, and support multiple departments. This role offers full-time hours, outdoors work, and opportunities to grow within the dealership group.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports vehicles OR willingness to learn.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Slingshots, watercraft and other inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized appearance of the showroom and lot.
• Assist with unloading and receiving new inventory shipments.
• Wash, detail, and prepare units for the sales floor and customer delivery.
• Fuel, charge, and prepare vehicles as needed.
• Assist sales, service, and parts with moving and staging units.
• Organize inventory displays and ensure proper tagging and positioning.
• Perform daily lot inspections and report damage or maintenance needs.
• Help maintain dealership grounds and assist with customer pickup/delivery.

Redline Powersports Commonwealth is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Lot Technician to help keep our inventory, showroom, service areas, and dealership grounds organized and ready for business.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Slingshots, personal watercraft, and other inventory throughout the dealership




• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the showroom, lot, and service areas




• Assist with unloading and receiving new inventory shipments




• Wash, detail, and prepare units for the sales floor and customer delivery




• Fuel, charge, and prepare vehicles as needed




• Assist the sales, service, and parts departments with moving and staging units




• Organize inventory displays and make sure units are properly tagged and positioned




• Perform daily lot inspections and report any damage or maintenance concerns




• Help maintain dealership grounds, including trash removal, sweeping, and general upkeep




• Assist with customer pick-up and delivery of units when needed




• Support dealership events, promotions, and special projects




• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record




• Ability to safely operate motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports vehicles, or willingness to learn




• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds




• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions




• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Able to work effectively as part of a team




• Previous dealership, automotive, marine, or powersports experience is a plus, but not required




• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
