• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combo including higher degree/certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers on duties and assist supervisor in directing work.
• Maintain log of stock numbers and vehicle movements; coordinate with supervisor on vehicle flow.
• Communicate schedules and assignments to crew members.
• Transport vans and drivers to locations; ensure timely pickup/drop-off per schedule.
• Shuttle employees to parking lots and transport vehicles to remote sites as needed.
• Pick up and drop off employees and other personnel to various locations including auctions, parking lots, and dealerships.
• Perform daily maintenance and routine checks on vans; refuel and service as needed.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and collaborate with Market Safety Manager on safety activities.
• Review workloads with manager and plan staffing to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Lead location team by example and enforce company policies and values.
