Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a hands-on Lot Operations Support to assist with vehicle movements and inventory flow on sale days. You will drive service trucks, tow trucks and forklifts, staging vehicles for sale and maintaining accurate records.

You'll work Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with an $17 hourly pay, and join a fast-paced team focused on safety, customer service, and reliable operations across our auction sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• Able to safely drive tow trucks, forklifts, and service trucks.
• Automotive or auction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Lot Operations Support: prepping and staging vehicles for sale and moving them with tow trucks or forklift.
• Inventory Accuracy: scan the lot and record vehicle movements.
• Vehicle Readiness: perform tasks like jump-starts and fluid checks while maintaining organization.
• Property Management: remove personal property from vehicles.
• Operational Flow: coordinate with shop and operations for inventory flow to auction line.
• Customer & Admin Support: assist customers and coordinate with admin teams.
• Vehicle Identification: verify mileage, year, make, model, VIN.
• Safety & Maintenance: keep work areas safe and report hazards.
• General Duties: other tasks as assigned.
