BMW of Minnetonka is seeking an experienced and motivated Lot Operations/Transportation Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall organization of our courtesy vehicle fleet management, car wash quality, and service greeter guest experience. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the visual appeal and functionality of the dealership service department.
Position Overview
The Lot Operations/Transportation Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring the overall organization, presentation, and flow of the dealership service drive, parking ramp, and courtesy vehicle fleet, while supporting a high level of operational efficiency. This role will work closely with the service manager to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
