Job summary

UR2 is seeking a reliable Lot Coordinator to join the Woodstock, GA team. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, outdoors, and focuses on supporting the post-repossession process, parking/organizing the lot, and delivering customer service.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment while ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Starting pay is $16–$17 per hour, with on-site duties and training provided.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

  • Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos.
  • Inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles.
  • Complete condition reports in a timely manner.
  • Prep vehicles for transport to auction.
  • Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and property.
  • Provide professional service to transporters and third parties on the lot.
  • Other tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor.

UR2 is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Coordinator to join our Woodstock, GA team. This full-time, Monday through Friday position is responsible for supporting the post-repossession process, maintaining the vehicle storage lot, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment while ensuring daily operations run efficiently.

In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include:

  • Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos
  • Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
  • Complete condition reports in a timely manner
  • Prep vehicles for transport to auction
  • Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
  • Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot
  • Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor

This is an entry-level position, starting at $16-$17/hour

*Note* This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.

We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring.

Requirements

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent and/or prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
  • Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds
  • Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Physical Work Environment

  • Exposure to outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors and dust.
