Job summary

Kids for the Future in Louisville, KY is seeking a dependable Part-Time Lot Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position offers a 20–25 hour workweek, outdoor duties, and pays $16–$18 per hour.

You will help move vehicles, keep the lot organized, and assist customers in a professional manner. You’ll spend most time outdoors, perform vehicle processing, inventory personal property, complete condition reports, prep vehicles for transport to auction, and support the Lot Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard transmission.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Requires good time management and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

• Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos.
• Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles.
• Complete condition reports in a timely manner.
• Prep vehicles for transport to auction.
• Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property.
• Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot.
• Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor.
