Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a part-time vehicle operator to support auction activities on our busy lot in Houston. You will move and stage vehicles, assist with inventory, and uphold safety and efficiency on a fast-paced site.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with a Tue-Thu 8-5 schedule (30 hours; days may vary with workload). Prior automotive or auction exposure is helpful, but a strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes.
• Automotive or auction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation and movement of vehicles on the lot.
• Stage vehicles to optimize lot flow and sale day needs.
• Track inventory using internal system and ensure accuracy.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks like jump-starts when needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
