Job summary

Pegasus Recovery Solutions is seeking a Lot Coordinator to manage vehicle and personal property inventories, oversee intake of new units, and ensure compliance with company procedures. The role requires hands-on work outdoors and precise record-keeping in our Texas operations.

You will create itemized property lists, photograph assets, upload documents to the database, and coordinate with management to address property concerns.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors for long periods in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Experience with inventory management and tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Create itemized lists for property and vehicle inventories.
• Capture photos using a smartphone or tablet for records.
• Account for all vehicles and personal effects on site.
• Ensure compliance with intake procedures and company policies.
• Upload forms to the company database.
• Monitor and report property concerns to management.
• Release property to Owners as applicable.
