Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full Time Inventory Coordinator/ Lot Attendant in West Palm Beach, FL. The Lot Attendant/Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control.

This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions and standing/walking for long periods of time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work full time (40 hours per week).
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• Must have no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Ability to organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/in or outbound vehicles).
• Check in and process 30+ vehicle transactions (daily).
• High volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind.
• Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory.
• Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, antenna and outside vehicle.
• Notify Management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehicles.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e additional administrative work, light janitorial, driving, etc.).
• Able to perform physical requirements related to vehicle deletion process.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
