Job summary

ADESA in Jacksonville, FL is hiring for a vehicle transport/lot role. You will operate motor vehicles on the premises to support auction activities, moving and staging units under leadership guidance.

Responsibilities include coordinating lot movements, monitoring workflow, and ensuring safety and accuracy of vehicle handling. Experience with auctions or automotive environments is preferred, with opportunities to learn and grow within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models and sizes.
• Automotive or auction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Lot Co-ordination: guide drivers to move and stage vehicles correctly and efficiently.
• Workflow monitoring: oversee lot activity and provide direction as needed.
• Safe operations: operate vehicles safely with calm, courteous driving.
• Operational support: move, stage, and park various vehicles in assigned areas.
• Inventory accuracy: scan parked vehicles to keep track of inventory.
