Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated individual for a Full-time Remarketing Inventory Coordinator in Reno, NV. The role pays $17.50 per hour and operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, at 1675 National Guard Way, Reno, NV 89502.

The position offers a robust benefits package including PTO, health and life insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401k, and training opportunities. This is a hands-on role focusing on vehicle intake, organization, reconditioning, and documentation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have at least six months of outdoor work/organization experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/inbound and outbound vehicles).
• Check in and process 100+ vehicle transactions daily.
• Maintain high-volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind.
• Keep systems for key organization and security of inventory.
• Complete paperwork for repairs, pickups, and deliveries of vehicles.
• Coordinate minor repairs and vehicle pick-up/delivery with vendors/accounts.
• Notify Management of potential safety concerns about equipment, lot conditions, and vehicles.
• Assist with physical duties related to the PDI process and outdoor work.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed (light janitorial, driving, etc.).

The available schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.

The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will work with the existing team responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ability to organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/in or outbound vehicles)
• Check in and process 100+ vehicles transactions (daily)

• Accurately complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles
• Effective vendor/account engagement including, but not limited to: scheduling minor repairs, coordinating pick up and delivery, handling multiple vehicle transactions
• Notify Management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehicles
• Able to perform physical requirements related to PDI process
• Ability to work outdoors 90% of the time
• Front gate security
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e additional administrative work, light janitorial, driving, etc.)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience working outdoors
