Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit vehicles as they come into the dealership.
• Invoice and submit all billing per policy; ensure RO/PO/signature.
• Liaise between dealership and All-Pro; maintain relationships with management.
• Follow up with dealership to resolve communication issues and obtain required signatures.
• Assist transportation of cars and organize workload to meet standards and time requirements.
• Support service drive operations and maintain keys control and risk policies.
