Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking a Detail Lead to supervise automotive detailing operations, recruit and train associates, and manage performance. You will optimize staffing, schedule weekly workloads, and ensure end-of-day procedures are followed with high quality standards.

The role requires management experience, automotive detailing expertise, and a proactive, bilingual-capable mindset in a fast-paced garage environment. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Automotive detail experience required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality of work and maximize efficiency at each location.
• Direct recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management of detail associates.
• Create and maintain weekly schedules and optimize as needed.
• Communicate daily with Lot Coordinator/Area Manager.
• Oversee end-of-day checkout procedures and staffing.
• Lead meetings to discuss issues, goals, and constraints.
