Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Lot Coordinator to liaison between the dealership and All-Pro. You will inspect vehicles to be repaired, manage invoicing, and ensure billing compliance with policy and timely approvals.

You will maintain relationships with dealership management, assist with transportation of cars, and help with staffing alongside the Account Manager. This role involves a fast-paced outdoor garage setting with weekend shifts and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Weekend availability.
• Team-based work environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles as they arrive for repair at the dealership.
• Maintain relationship with dealership management and properly invoice and submit billing per All-Pro policy.
• Follow up to ensure RO, PO and signatures are obtained.
• Assist and communicate with transportation of cars.
• Organize work to meet company standards and time requirements.
• Inspect and audit Front Line to ensure standards and quality.
• Communicate with AM on all issues occurring at locations.
• Partner with AM on recruiting.
