Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth and safe parking experience. The role involves directing traffic, assisting guests, monitoring the lot, and performing light maintenance. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Prior customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred, with a positive, helpful attitude.

Responsabilités

• Ticketing & Payments: Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & Documentation: Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Administrative Support: Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Security & Compliance: Check the lot regularly, report unsafe or suspicious activity, and ensure vehicles are parked securely and according to policy.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks as needed.
• Customer Service: Help guests with payments and parking questions while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Teamwork & Communication: Use radios, stay in contact with the team, and support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism & Attendance: Arrive on time, follow company policies, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Additional Duties: Take on other tasks as needed to support operations, including training sessions and scheduling needs.
