Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking a Lot Attendant to keep dealership inventory neat and accessible in Raleigh, NC. You will assist Sales and Service by tagging, parking, and directing vehicles, and ensuring drive lanes remain clear and orderly throughout the day.

The role focuses on customer-friendly service, safety of vehicles, and timely movement of cars to and from wash, with hours Monday to Friday 10am–7pm and alternating Saturdays. Compensation is $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Courteous, customer-focused service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients in the service drive and assist as needed.
• Tag and track incoming vehicles and manage parking and flow.
• Keep the service drive neat, clean, and ensure vehicles move efficiently.
• Coordinate vehicle movement to/from wash and notify when ready.
• Provide excellent customer service and report issues to management.
