Holman, a family-owned, global automotive services organization anchored by core values, seeks a Lot Attendant for Autopark Honda in Cary, NC. You will help keep inventory neat and maintain vehicle locations, supporting Sales or Service to ensure smooth vehicle flow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, current valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and excellent customer service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and Greet clients in the service drive.
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking.
• Park vehicles after advisor check in and pull vehicles after service.
• Keep the service drive neat and traffic moving.
• Get vehicles to/from wash as needed.
• Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and directing them to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises.
• Other duties as assigned.
