Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking a Lot Attendant for Autopark Honda in Cary, NC. You will help maintain inventory, assist the Sales and Service departments, and ensure smooth vehicle flow throughout the day.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, tagging and parking vehicles, and keeping the service drive neat while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record, no blemishes.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients in the service drive.
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day.
• Park vehicles after advisor check in, pull vehicles down after completion when client arrives.
• Keep the service drive neat and traffic moving efficiently.
• Get vehicles to/from wash as needed.
• Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises; report issues to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
