Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a full-time Lot Attendant at Reagan National Airport (DCA), Arlington, VA. You will move and position vehicles between locations to ensure cars are ready for customers, with duties at the airport and related locations.

The role is non-CDL, involves local driving, and offers a benefits package including PTO, employee discounts, a 401(k), and training opportunities. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with scheduled shifts across multiple days.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Background check including driving record.
• At least six months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location.
• Move serviced vehicles to ready line and park for customer access.
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot as directed by management.
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management.
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Overview

The National brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Lot Attendant located at Reagan National Airport (DCA) - 2500 National Ave Arlington, VA 22202.

The Lot Attendant is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and/or rental. A driver will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on the needs to have vehicles ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.

The pay for this position starts at $17 / hour.

• Sunday 10:00 am - 7:30 pm
• Monday 10:00 am - 7:30 pm
• Tuesday 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
• Wednesday 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
• Thursday 10:00 am - 7:30 pm

• Sunday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Monday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Tuesday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities

Our Drivers are responsible for the transporting and shuttling of rental vehicles around and between our National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at our Airport location.

• Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location
• Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s)
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
• Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
