Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Full Time Lot Driver at the XNA Airport location in Bentonville, AR. The role involves transporting rental vehicles to cleaning and servicing areas and ensuring availability for customers.

Pay starts at $11 per hour with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include moving vehicles within the lot, delivering to other Enterprise locations as needed, and maintaining professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At least six consecutive months of prior work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles from return to cleaning/servicing location.
• Move serviced vehicles to ready line and park for customer access.
• Move vehicles around the lot as directed by management.
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed.
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off/pick up vehicles.
• Communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Sunday 11am - 8pm
• Monday 11am - 8pm
• Tuesday OFF
• Wednesday OFF
• Thursday 11am - 8pm
• Friday 11am - 8pm
• Saturday 11am - 8pm

Responsibilities

Our Full Time Drivers are responsible for the transporting and shuttling of rental vehicles around and between our National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at our Airport location.

• Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location
• Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s)
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
