Job summary

Crystal Tractor of Hastings is seeking a full-time Porter & Assembly Technician to join our team in Lecanto, FL. A positive, upbeat team player who learns quickly and assists with tractor assembly and yard tasks.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory appearance, moving tractors, servicing displays, and delivering excellent customer service. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning tractors and replenishing fluids.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags on tractors.
• Keep lots neat and orderly and move tractors as directed by management.
• Perform yard maintenance (weed eating, mowing, cleaning, etc.).
• Drive tractors to service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Create key tags and manage tractor inventory.
• Retrieve and deliver tractors from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of tractors, replenishing all tractor fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in tractors.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving tractors as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Perform yard maintenance (weed eating, mowing, moving machines, cleaning, etc.).
• Drive tractors to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of tractors
• Retrieve and deliver tractors from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
