Job summary

Crystal Tractor of Hastings is hiring a full-time Porter in Florida. We seek a positive, upbeat team player who learns quickly and can support dealership operations with a ready attitude.

Responsibilities include keeping tractors clean and displayed, moving equipment, stocking guides, and delivering strong customer service. Forklift or skid steer experience is preferred and reliability is key.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
• Flexible schedules and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance of tractors, replenishing fluids as needed and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in tractors.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving tractors as directed by the general manager and per dealership display standards.
• Perform yard maintenance (weed eating, mowing, moving machines, cleaning).
• Drive tractors to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of tractors.
• Retrieve and deliver tractors from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
