Job summary

Crystal Tractor of Hastings in Homosassa Springs, FL is hiring a full-time Porter to join our dealership team. You will maintain inventory appearance, assist customers, and help keep tractors clean and organized on the lot.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential as you handle yard duties and basic forklift/skid steer tasks. We offer competitive pay ($14-$15/hr) based on experience, plus medical, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401(k), holiday pay, and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Flexible availability including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and perform tractor cleaning, fluid checks, and battery replacements as needed.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags on tractors.
• Keep lots neat and organized, moving tractors per GM direction and showroom standards.
• Perform yard maintenance such as weed eating and mowing and machine cleaning.
• Drive tractors to service lane, stalls, and parking areas as needed.
• Create key tags and manage inventory of tractors.
• Retrieve and deliver tractors from various locations on site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends

Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of tractors, replenishing all tractor fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in tractors.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving tractors as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Perform yard maintenance (weed eating, mowing, moving machines, cleaning, etc.)

• Drive tractors to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of tractors
• Retrieve and deliver tractors from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
