Job summary

Crystal Tractor of Chiefland in Chiefland, FL is hiring a full-time Porter to support our dealership team. We value a positive, quick-learning team player; forklift or skid steer operation knowledge is preferred.

In this role you will maintain inventory appearance, place buyer guides, keep the lot neat, and assist with yard maintenance and deliveries. We offer medical, dental, life & disability insurance, 401K, holiday pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Forklift or skid steer operation knowledge preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedules including some weekends.
• Professional attitude and customer service mindset.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Valid driver\'s license with clean record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance by cleaning tractors and replenishing fluids as needed.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags on tractors.
• Keep lots neat and organized per dealership display standards.
• Perform yard maintenance (weed eating, mowing, moving machines, cleaning).
• Drive tractors to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of tractors.
• Retrieve and deliver tractors from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of tractors, replenishing all tractor fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in tractors.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving tractors as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Perform yard maintenance (weed eating, mowing, moving machines, cleaning, etc.)

• Drive tractors to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of tractors
• Retrieve and deliver tractors from property locations.
