Job summary

Hello Auto Group in San Diego, CA is seeking a friendly Lot Attendant to keep our vehicle displays pristine and ready for customers. You will be part of a team delivering exceptional, best-in-class service and help build the new automotive experience.

Your daily tasks include cleaning interiors and exteriors, placing stock tags, moving cars, starting vehicles, and ensuring every serviced vehicle is washed before delivery. Evening shifts and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance by cleaning interiors and exteriors and replenishing fluids.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags on vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and move cars as directed by management.
• Drive vehicles to service lanes and parking areas as needed.
• Create key tags and handle vehicle inventory.
• Start vehicles daily and report problems.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Ensure serviced vehicles are washed before customer delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
• Start vehicles daily and reports any problems or concerns.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Ensure all serviced vehicles are washed prior to being returned to the customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
